6.4/10

The hotel is ideally located near the town center and just a short stroll from the beautiful beach with lovely gardens. While the service was friendly, there could have been more attention to detail and hospitality. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the staff were pleasant and helpful. The value for money was decent considering the location.

Rooms
5.0
The layout of the rooms with three quarter beds in the bathroom instead of the bedroom was a bit unusual. The walls could use a new coat of paint, and there was an issue with a leaking toilet.
Service
7.0
The reception staff could have been more informative and welcoming in explaining how things worked, but overall, the service was friendly and helpful.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated in the right area, very close to the beach and within walking distance to the town center. The gardens surrounding the property are lovely.
Dining
6.0
Limited dining options were available, but they did offer gluten-free toast when requested. More variety for non-meat eaters would have been appreciated.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has basic facilities, and everything seemed fine on arrival. However, there were occasional issues with items running out.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to the town center and within walking distance of everything we needed. The rooms were a letdown with no bedside tables and thin walls, though the beach was outstanding. The service lacked hospitality and customer care, but the gardens were lovely. Dining options were limited, and I only got served gluten-free toast upon request. Price could have been better for what was offered.

The hotel has a lovely location near the sea with beautiful gardens. The rooms were a mix of dated decor and cleanliness issues. The service could have been more hospitable. Dining options were limited to specific diets, and the thin crispy fries were a highlight.

Rooms

The room had a mix of dated decor like the 1930's wardrobe but lacked cleanliness in some areas.

The staff provided some service but lacked genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
